Big Apple Bike Ride 2011: Sunday 9th October

Meet 10am at Ledbury Market House for 10.30 departure

Join a leisurely ride following the Ledbury Cider Cycling Route along quiet country lanes to the Big Apple at Much Marcle.

Visit orchards, cider producers and fruit displays, meet the docile Hereford cows at Awnells Farm and enjoy delicious apple teas in the village hall before returning to Ledbury in the afternoon.

Suitable for all including accompanied children, with cyclists grouped to suit their experience.

Ploughman's available in Gregg’s Pitt orchard, or BYO picnic, or book a pub lunch.

Bike Hire is available from Old Kennels Farm, next to Ledbury railway station, including a child-back tandem. The farm is our first stop on the Big Apple Bike ride so, if you plan to hire a bike, you could wait for us there.
